The Colonel Stephens Railways in Kent

Colonel Holman F. Stephens was a railway entrepreneur in the early to mid 20th Century who built a plethora of railways under the Light Railways Act of 1896. Kent was a particular benficiary of this enterprise, and Peter A. Harding's book looks briefly at all his activities in the county.
