Few examples remain in preservation of Maunsell's distinctive carriages which were seen as steam hauled stock and in electric multiple units. Hornby have created a series of Maunsell vehicles that will be welcomed by Southern Railway modellers.

This coach features removable corridor connection end boards. These are not glued in place, but do require a small application of force to remove them.
